Zoie is passionate about the overlap of visual design and engineering. Throughout this project she learned about the wonderous world of Adobe Illustrator and how to force the program to collaborate with temperamental SolidWorks files. She is also interested in user interaction with form, specifically in the form of record players. Before this project she was not a frequent user of record players, but now, it is a whole different story.
Jasper enjoys mixing sound and software together to design things that make us appreciate the physical environment in new ways. In this project, he was excited for the opportunity to learn about computer vision stacks, software systems, and integration across electrical, software, and mechanical domains. He thinks it was especially fun to write software that gives everyday objects their own sonic signature!
Outside of school, Priscila explores the world of numbers, design and music. As an avid lover of many things engineering, she had the opportunity to delve into the software and mechanical integration of the project. She was also enthusiastic to create this website as a way to share the team's passion with the world. With some lenses and keyboards, she captured the mundane, the extraordinary, and everything in between.
Although majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Aydin appreciates the value of a holistic approach and thus spent most of his time on system integration. He found it quite rewarding to make sure that everything fit together.
Makenzi is an astrophysics major and a hopeful electrical and computer engineering major. She worked on the project's design as well as the LED implementation and integration.
